Q: What should I do if there are quality problems with the wheels after receipt?
A: All our alloy wheels come with a 5-year warranty. Please contact us promptly if any non-artificial manufacturing defects occur.
Every wheel undergoes strict inspection and testing prior to shipment. However, damage may occur during transit. We highly recommend you thoroughly inspect all packages upon delivery. If you find any breakage or defects, please refuse to sign for the parcel and get in touch with us immediately.

Q: What if the actual wheel color is different from the pictures listed?
A: Slight color difference is inevitable due to different monitor settings, shooting lighting and camera angles. To avoid color discrepancies, kindly confirm the exact surface finish color with our sales team before placing your order.

Q: What precautions need to be taken before mounting tires onto wheels?
A: Double-check all specification parameters to ensure perfect fitment before tire installation. We only supply brand-new unused wheels without pre-fitted tires. Once tires are mounted on the rims, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for non-quality issues.

Q: Can customized wheels be returned?
A: Custom-made wheels cannot be returned or refunded unless confirmed manufacturing defects exist. Once your order is confirmed, we will start exclusive production immediately in accordance with your personalized requirements.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We support various payment options: VISA, Mastercard, T/T Wire Transfer, PayPal Pay Later, Pix, OXXO and Bilie.

Q: What is the normal production lead time?
A: The production period varies by wheel type:
In-stock wheels: Shipment will be arranged within 3-7 working days after deposit payment
1-piece forged wheels: 20-30 working days production cycle
2-piece forged wheels: 50-60 working days production cycle

Q: Does the listed price include import duties?
A: Our quotations are on EXW factory basis, excluding ocean freight and import customs duties at the destination country.

Q: Can we print well-known brand logos on the wheels?
A: We suggest you print your own brand logo or customized lettering; our design team can provide professional artwork free of charge. If you plan to print third-party brand logos, you must provide official brand authorization documents before production.
The buyer shall bear all legal risks arising from trademark infringement, including customs detention of goods, lawsuits filed by brand owners and all resulting economic losses. |
